3D Printing RC parts

Our good buddy Maxx picked up a 3D printer a while ago, and thought I'd post a sped up clip of it printing out some legs for my QAV400.
Each one of these legs took about 30 minutes, and I've compressed it down to less than 3. At the end you see some other clips of a quad, made completely from 3D printed parts.
You can design these things yourself with a CAD program and then convert it to stl files and port it straight into your 3D printer, or you can try websites like thingsverse.
Cheap 3D printers can be as low as $!000, and around $40 a roll of filament which is what's fed into the printer to create the parts.
It's funny watching it go through it pattern, drawing each layer at around 300 microns!
Thanks for watching, posting another vid right now, old one so graphics are very low, but cool archive footage of a flight sim chase.
