Business Insider recently caught up with Nobel Prize-winning economist and New York Times columnist Paul Krugman to talk taxes, Trump, and bitcoin. Krugman is skeptical about the effects of the Trump administration's tax plan. "Will workers see their wages increase in a way that anyone will notice over the next five years? No," he said. He expressed concern about some of the candidates for the Fed board, such as Marvin Goodfriend.
Krugman said any disruption of NAFTA could be a "hugely costly thing." He also said that bitcoin is an obvious bubble.
