The venerable Ansley Peace Drone scaled to 66%. Main wingspan 40", canard 20, length 21". This is designed to leverage new power-dense lithium ion batteries by reducing overall size and weight.
All up weight is 600g for LOS, expected to be 750g with FPV gear. Flight duration expected to be 30 minutes with 3.5aH 4s pack, compared with 50 minutes for the standard 60" wingspan APD with 10aH 3s pack and 2200g AUW.
No surprises in the design parameters and construction when compared with the full-size APD - it's just shrunken down! Still a joy to fly.
