How To Clean a Barbell
Bare steel barbells are great. They give you some of the best feel of the bar and the best value since you're not paying for an application of coating like cerakote, black zinc, chrome, etc. The trade off is they're much more apt to oxidation, which means you really need to stay on top of maintenance.
