Just a overview of my ZMR250 build. Hopefully it will help answer some of the questions on how to build your own ZMR250 miniquad.

Quad: ZMR250 Carbon Fiber Frame (Blackout Clone) w/ overcraft PDB Board
Flight Controller: RTFQ Flip32
Motors: Airbot Micro Titan X2204-2300kva motors
ESC's: B-12A Ice Blue series SimonK-(RapidESC)
Props: HQProps 5x3 and 6x4.5
Batteries: Zippy Compact 3s 1500mah 25c and Turnigy Nano-Tech 1500mah 35C-70C
Controller Set up:
Flight Receiver: FrSky D4R-II Plus
Flight TX: Turnigy 9x running er9x firmware with a FrSky DJT Transmitter module
FPV Set up:
FPV Camera: 600TVL Sony PZ0420 SUPER HAD CCD D-WDR Color Board Camera
Video Recording: Mobius action camera with wide lens.
Video TX: Boscam TS5823 200mw 5.8ghz 32 channels
Video RX/goggles: Boscam GS920 Goggles
