This is a pretty good deal, a £30 charger that can charge/discharge at a high rate... but wait, it's got a bunch of cool test tools built in as well.

A quick look at likely power supplies turned up this pretty cheap one, also on Banggood that would certainly supply a decent amount of volts and amps (although you could get a 12v version if you were looking at running other things from it)
