The Switch is one of those devices that has to be touched and used to be appreciated. It very effectively works as a game console that can also convert to a portable. The advantage here is that the game is the same regardless of whether it is running on tablet or on the big screen.
The disadvantage is that the system is mostly equivalent to 2012's Wii U which was already behind the capabilities or current generation consoles like the Xbox One and PS4.
If third parties support the Switch it has potential. If not we might see more of the same issues the Wii U experienced.
