DH 84 Flight DUB to Cork my recordingThis Flight of the Aer Lingus Dragon IOLAR (Eagle) was a Check Flight for Capt O,Shea by Capt JJ Sullivan.
Capt JJ flew the DH 84 from Dublin International Airport to the grass strip Airfield in Trim near Dublin.
Thia plane is in Friedrichshafen Museum ausgestellt 2013
There Capt O,Shea performed a number of Touch and Go procedures and finaly, after collecting me and my camera, navigated the Twin passenger plane back to Dublin International Airport.
It was an experiance for me I will not forget.
By the way, the IOLAR flew over Dublin city yesterday, 12 years after this video was taken!
