Runcam Eagle - First look and flight footage

Runcam sent me one of their new cameras to try out, the Eagle. Here's a quick look at it, some settings, and finally some flight footage from the first flight with it. Overall I'm pretty happy with the camera! It's a 16:9 format 800TVL camera. One of the best things about this one, is how awesome the light handling is. They call it "global WDR", it's like a super wide dynamic range. Even looking into the sun with the sun in the frame, the entire frame is exposed properly. I've never used another camera that works so well in that regard. Besides, the wide angle (and zoom to lessen it without a noticeable loss in quality), relatively high resolution, etc. make it a great FPV camera.

I recommend this receiver to go with them. I use an older Racewood type they used to sell, but these are supposed to be at least as good with the same Comtech tuners in them. Apparently Racewood is no longer in business, so here's what replaced them:
I use this 8dbi Patch Antenna, it has been my go-to antenna for a long time now, for years! lol I've been out more then 10 miles using one of these and the 800mW vtx listed above:
On the transmitter side, the stock dipoles that come with them work pretty good together with that patch, but if you want slightly better performance and less weight/drag, consider these: __
