Here's another flight with the Skyhunter, using the Runcam 3S for HD video. This time I tried the narrow FOV, which I kinda like. You get a little more "zoomed in" look at details on the ground. I also tried lowering the volume level in the camera's settings to the lowest (1) which didn't help the clipping much. Next time I'll go with the tried and true tape over the mic holes... ;) The audio in the video was from the ground recording. Speaking of the ground recording, this flight was with the biquad again, and I'm still liking it... lol 4 miles at 400ft, perfect video. I'll take it! No narration or anything this time, didn't put too much energy into editing... lol Just a good old raw uncut Skyhunter flight, that I know most of you like anyway. ;) Enjoy!

Here's some affiliate links to the video gear I use from Ready Made R/C:
1.3GHz video transmitters (I use 200, 400, 800, and 1500mW on various planes)
I recommend this receiver to go with them. I use an older Racewood type they used to sell, but these are supposed to be at least as good with the same Comtech tuners in them. Apparently Racewood is no longer in business, so here's what replaced them:
I use this 8dbi Patch Antenna, it has been my go-to antenna for a long time now, for years! lol I've been out more then 10 miles using one of these and the 800mW vtx listed above:
On the transmitter side, the stock dipoles that come with them work pretty good together with that patch, but if you want slightly better performance and less weight/drag, consider these:
