ZMR 250 Mini Quad, Uncontrolled Fall out of Sky Crash Analysis

I've been having trouble with my mini quad just going out of control and falling out of the sky, hitting the ground hard. I think that the majority of these loss-of-control crashes have been due to poor receiver reception. Although some may be due to sync. problems with the ESC/motor.. but I don't know enough about that yet. My analysis of these 2 crashes showed that each crash was accompanies by the receiver going into a Hold mode. This would then activate the reciever failsafe, which was configured to hold all commands, and go to low throttle. It is apparent that I need to improve my reception, likely needing to relocate the receiver and/or its satellite antenna. I also plan to configure the Naze32 failsafe to stabilize and softly descend for 5 seconds upon a RC Receiver hold.
