There’s no room in The Bearded Man’s heart for hatred. None. Don’t forget that. Even still, there’s one thing he hates. Stroopwafels. With stroopwafels, there’s no middle ground. You’re either a current/former junky, or you’ve never heard of them before. Even a good man will turn into a maniac in the presence of a warm, fresh stroopwafel. The Bearded Man had to spend the better part of TWO DECADES trying to learn how to love again, after battling his way back from a crippling addiction that left him penniless and absolutely, unquestionably uninsurable for dental care. It was the beautiful women of the world, who collectively said to The Bearded Gent: “Come back to me!” that brought him back to life. And then, a new era, post-stroopwafels, began, with Besnine’s funky tunes as the soundtrack. Don’t make the same mistakes The Bearded Man did, and remember: “Stroopwafels: Not. Even. Once.”
