Coming back online after his encounter with Colonel Sloan, Rex finds himself in the cavernous Blood Dragon lair. He must escape the caves, liberate a nearby garrison and rescue Dr. Elizabeth Veronica Darling from the Omega Force soldiers.

- Leave the cave
- Sneak past the dragons
- Use cyber-hearts to lure the dragons away from you and towards the bunker
- Recon the garrison
- Eliminate all Omega Force garrison soldiers
- Rendezvous with Dr. Darling
