It is fully stock with grommet mod with vertical fin removed for better tail handling. We've never felt the need to lengthen the boom or the need for stronger tail. The pitch is set at about 70%. This is a low powered e heli in comarison with what is out there today. As such, using both full pitch and cyclic at the same time should be avoided.
