It's been a while since we've heard from young Dutch talent Robbert Ladiges. Two years back, he remixed Ummet Ozcan's tracks to much acclaim, making it only a matter of time till he started releasing his own tunes. After a period of silence, he's now fighting it with two floor-sweepers on the Captivating Sound label!
His new EP, 'Samurai' and 'Signs', sits at the deeper end of trance and offers you tight baselines and techy sounds. 'Samurai' builds and builds -- making it one giant of a track. A storm of a record, hitting all senses. A similar effect is caused by 'Signs', even if the track itself is of a completely different kind. It's one of those big, floorfilling tunes with an unexpected turn during the tracks climax.
