After finishing my Spartan Race heat I went back to film other racers and saw racer (Gabe) struggling to get up the final obstacle wall. Slipping with just one arm, he was about to give up and walk around to the finish line, so I jumped in and made sure he went over the top. Well Done! His family cheered him on for extra motivation.
