First surfacing on Solarstone’s guest mix on ASOT in July, the impressive combination of Chesterton’s behind-the-scenes trance experience (having produced Paul van Dyk’s radio show for several years she knows what works), Lowe’s knowledge of trance’s greatest moments and Forbes’ production genius (we use that word sparingly here at PT towers) gives us Orion - a beautifully produced and arranged example of how trance can be melodically intricate without being pretentious; epic without being inaccessible. Majestic.
