E-Flite Radian XL - Very Short Father's Day Maiden and Review

Father's Day and my birthday aren't far apart, so I usually get a nice gift to celebrate both. This year is was the E-Flite Radian XL. I just joined the Abington RC Sport Flyers club in Lackawanna State Park and flew there the day before. Father's Day was hot, so went to go swimming somewhere and I chose the State Park so I could sneak a quick maiden flight in.
Assembly was easy. The only thing I didn't mention in the video is the CA tabs in the rudder didn't want to go all the way in. I left the tiny gap and it doesn't seem to matter. They set quick and I was flying a few hours later after a nice Father's Day lunch.
It flew great. Despite it's size, it jumped right out of my hand and was stable the whole time. It was surprisingly maneuverable too. This has been out a while and I initially skipped it because it is a glider and I have two of the UMX and two of the Pro Radians. So why did I get one? The 'Nall was rained out this year and the vendors were stuck with a lot inventory. VamPowerPro.com made me a decent offer for one and I took it. Thanks guys! I love it.
