Homemade Sub Lets Everyone Explore the Ocean

The Undersea Voyager Project is bringing ocean exploration to EVERYONE. The non-profit organization built a submersible in a garage and wants to give anyone with an idea for an undersea research project a chance to use it.
Captain Scott Cassell tells us all about how the sub was built, how it works, how you can apply to be a sub pilot and why citizen scientists like you and me are going to save the ocean.
