Star Wars Battlefront's new Skirmish mode finally adds one of the most fan requested features: an offline bot match. As in the original Battlefront it can be played in split screen, both co-op and competitive. Behold split screen gameplay in Skirmish mode (Walker Assault) and subscribe to Outside Xbox for more:
If you fondly remember the original Star Wars Battlefront, you'll remember its excellent split screen couch co-op support. Skirmish mode for EA's version is just as impressive and can be played in both Walker Assault and Fighter Squadron modes. Just Galactic Conquest to go and we'll be in Battlefront heaven.
Skirmish mode will be available from 21 July 2016 and lets players play offline against bots in a solo mission or in co-op split screen.
This Battlefront gameplay was captured on the PS4 version of Star Wars Battlefront provided by publisher EA.
