Self Tightening Props Come Off In Flight: Fixed!

After losing a self-tightening prop in flight resulting in a nasty crunch to my quadcopter, I rebuilt my CX-20 and took it for a test flight. Exactly the same thing happened again :( After doing some research and testing I discovered the motor was faulty. It turns out that when a motor stops suddenly from speed, a self-tightening prop becomes a self-loosening prop, and within a fraction of a second it unwinds completely!
