Dr. Fulcher Co-Directs the Center for Applied Research and Environmental Systems (CARES) at the University of Missouri. Chris and his amazing team of talented colleagues use Internet-based data visualization tools to better serve vulnerable and underserved populations. These technologies help organizations make more informed decisions about access, equity, and allocation of resources.
