How To Make Sourdough Bread

My friend Hugo Harrison taught me how to make Sourdough Bread. It's a bit of a "labour of love" but well worth the effort.
Ingredients
1080 grams of Strong White Bread Flour
649g tepid water
22 grams salt - you can use half this if you like as the Sourdough has allot of flavour
250 grams Sour Dough Starter
