Foxtech Nimbus 1800 VTOL Mapping Version is released! There are several upgrade new features for Mapping Version.
The Nimbus Mapping version is equipped with new landing gears. The foldable tail landing gear and front landing gear. The front landing gear ensure enough space for mapping cameras or zoom cameras, and will protect the loading equipments. Also the quick-detached design makes Nimbus VTOL easy to install and transport.
And the power system is also upgraded. The front motor is changed to Foxtech 3520 kv520, which is more powerful, the new power system has great power redundency, and makes the mapping version more efficient, which can lift 500g without any problems. The max flying speed is up to 35m/s.
The battery compartment is big enough to hold one 6S 10000mAh lipo battery, with one 6S 10000mAh lipo battery the duration is around 1 hour including take-off and landing.
As for our Map-01 mapping camera, it can take 24.3 MP pixels photoes. You can simply change the camera's lens according to your needs. And the compatible lens including E35mm, E20mm, E25mm. And Nimbus VTOL equipped with this mapping camera can cover an area of 1-2 square kilometre depending on the resolution your needed. In order to increase the map precision, also could add a high precision GPS module, which is linked to PPK system, so the mapping camera can take photoes at a centimetre-level.
