The Huawei Ascend P6 is finally in the PhoneDog West office! We spend a lot of time covering the high-end smartphones from HTC, Apple, Samsung, Motorola, and LG, so it's nice to see a top-shelf smartphone come in from Huawei (and their US office is in Texas to boot!). The Ascend P6 offers a 1.5 GHz quad-core CPU, 4.7-inch 720p HD display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 2 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage (with a microSD card slot), 2,000 mAh non-removable battery, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with Huawei's UI. The phone itself is gorgeous, and the curved bottom is a nice design touch. Can it compete with the other heavyweights in the high-end Android space?
