6th Restaurant Express Giveaway with Sempio!!! Recipe: Korean Fried Chicken Bites!

Hi guys! 6th episode of Restaurant Express aired on Food Network last Sunday~!!! The host of show is Robert Irvine, who is very famous for his Food Network shows. "Restaurant Impossible" and "Dinner Impossible"
One of the hardest challenge we've ever done, 3 services in one day- 1 hour to prep 2 menus for 150 people, but all different food each time!!! OMG, Something I will never wanna do again.... EVER!!! But, we all made it through, no body died!! lol So I made total 7 dishes that day, and I picked Korean Fried Chicken Bites for this video, but I would love to make more #RestaurantExpress recipe videos, so please let me know which one you want to see from the show!!! 'm so happy and grateful to share my recipe with all of you and hope you enjoy it!!!

Ingredients
*** For the Sweet & Spicy Sauce ***
1 Tbs. Toasted sesame oil
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 of Small yellow onion, very small diced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbs. Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 Tbs. Mirin (Seasoned rice wine)
2 Tbs. Rice vinegar
3 Tbs. Sugar
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
*** For the Fried Chicken Bites ***
1/2 lb. Chicken tender, cut into 1" cubes- bite sizes (See notes)
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
3 Tbs. Corn starch or potato starch
3 Tbs. Short grain or Jasmine rice flour
6 Tbs. water
Frying oil
