FPV Quadcopter CHASING | Long Range FORMATION flying | part 01

After the first long range flight and some trial runs with our new #GoproHero6, we decided it's time to join forces and fly up these mountains in the formation and too some FPV Long Range FORMATION flying, this was definitely one of the best decisions we've made in a long time.

So two quads two Gopro 6 and the heartbeat over 9000:), but with BanniUK as mastermind (THX FOR THAT) there was no stress at all.
Chasing his quadcopter is almost impossible, he's always so fast.
This time we were on a total of 3 spots and the material we got sometimes looks like from a game? it couldn't be real, could it?
Without Team Black Sheep this kind of flying would be not possible the Crossfire System works every time like a charm. THX for that Team Black Sheep aka Trappy and co!
this was our first quadcopter chase try last fall watch it when you missed it!
Flying up the mountains with the quads is always more fun, now we're on a level where the quad-copters are tuned and nothing disturbs the flight itself, only the rates have to get softer for smoother turns.
All in all, this was a fantastic day with perfect weather and zero crashes. For the next time we will try different settings on the gopro because the snow still sticks out too much to get the perfect snow material.
We also flew some FPV formations last summer with our quadcopters and that was just epic, but with the snow and knowing that you can hardly or not get there in a crash, that's another thrill, just brilliant.
The hardest part of flying so close to a flying buddy is not to lose focus on anything else like the mountain or the surrounding area or to get lost behind a mountain ridge and so on, but anyway or otherwise we are ready for the next action.
#FPVLongRange Quadcopter flying is currently one of our favorite hobbies, but the Quad Session starts in April and we can't wait until 2018 will be our best FPV year ever.
We strive for perfection, next time in this series we will show you some fantastic formation Low Surface Proximity Flying with more than two drones :)
Hunting Luke on this mountain was a lot of fun, but he is not only ultra fast in the race but also uphill, I had to stay hard on the throttle to stay close to him at all :)
The gopro settings are not perfect, I'm also trying out a new editing program and looking for the optimal performance, but in the end we have to test it more, we need more data and flights. :)
But for my first attempt to cut with Adobe Premiere, I'm very happy with the result.
