RC ADVENTURES - TOYBOTA PROJECT - PT 4 - BBC TOP GEAR TRiBUTE BUiLD - TOYOTA TRUCK-BOAT
The TOYBOTA Project is well underway, and the result is Most Promising! I am still in mid-design phase, but my mad-scientist RC engineering brain is whirling along like a spinning top. But - I am designing as I go, and though its tricky I think it's coming together. I have some surprises our viewers will enjoy - but first I must address some of the changes I have made prior to rolling camera today. In fact, I have cut out a brand new skid plate that I theorize will help in floatation, as well as forward propulsion.
Anyone else think the end product looks a little like the Starship Enterprise, or possibly a truck version of the Delorean from Back to the Future? Too Fun, I love this hobby.
I have also changed how the motor is mounted to the truck. I think most of our viewers will be pleased with the cleaner look of the end product - even though I am early in beta stages.
