Even though the description on Amazon says QAV 250 it's actually the ZMR 250 design. In this video I cover some of the gotchas I ran into when doing this build.
All in all it was an easy build and for $113 (at the time of this video) it's a great deal. It comes with CC3D, 4 2300kV emax motors and simon K ESCs.
