Digital Society Recordings turns the page onto 200 releases with a celebratory retrospective EP featuring some of the label's most iconic tracks remixed by a collection of key artists synonymous with the eponymous label's global stature in Trance.
Featuring the likes of Ronski Speed, Christina Novelli, Linnea Schossow, Amir Hussain & Chris SX amongst label newcomers like Loutaa & Mark W DS-R's 200th release takes three of the label's best loved releases and draws on familiar faces to provide their own takes.
Opening with Amir Hussain's version of Ronski Speed & Linnea Schossow's 'Set Me To Light' Amir's increasingly relevant sound introduces a harder tone to Ronski & Linnea's spine-tingling Original. Next up fellow Brit Mark W takes on Fabio XB, Liuck & Christina Novelli's 'Step Into The Light' - once again providing an injection of classic DS-R Trance energy, Mark W's remix converts 'Step Into The Light' into a full-effect dancefloor monster.
Tying off the celebratory release prolific German producer Chris SX delivers one of his trademark remixes chock full of energy in the form of label newcomer Loutaa & established Trance vocalist Linnea Schossow's 'In Your Eyes'.
Providing a snapshot into the world of DS-R as the respected label crosses into the next chapter, this is 'Digital Society Recordings: 200 EP'.
