After an incredible first stop in Lincoln, Nebraska in July, anticipation was high leading into stop two of the Red Bull Cornerstone series in Lenexa, Kansas this past Saturday. Once again, amateur skateboarders from Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and beyond made the pilgrimage, this time assembling at RideFourEver skatepark in Lenexa, just outside of Kansas City. RideFourEver is owned and operated by local skateboarders Weston Sparks and Dillon Lyon in conjunction with Studio Skate Supply retail shop. Studio has been serving the KC community since 2007, with the park opening in 2017.
The Cornerstone qualifier series continues with Stop three at Sk8 Liborius in St. Louis on September 21st. For more information visit www.redbull.com/cornerstone
