Here is the ultimate ZMR 250 build video. Its extremely detailed and includes basic things like soldering and using heatshrink. When I was starting out I wish I had had this video to follow. Below is the parts list. I would really recommend MYRCMART / as a supplier as their shipping is insanely fast (like 3 days to New Zealand) and all the parts are super high quality. I would definitely recommend these guys.
