The Eachine Wizard X200HV is the best wizard ever made. But it still suffers from the same quality issues that have always plagued Eachine.
Here's the bottom line: zillions of people buy the Wizard X220 and are happy with it, even though it is a deeply flawed product. The X220HV is seven jillion times better than the X220, so I guess I have to recommend it... even though mine falls out of the sky for no apparent reason.
