3D Printed 4” Racing Quadcopter: From Design to Maiden Flight

In this video we design a 3D-printed quadcopter FPV frame for brushless motors, print it, build it and take it out flying. We use 1806-size T-Motor F30 and 4045 tri-blade DalProps. During the maiden flights we try to test out the limits of this 3D-printed PLA frame to see how it can hold up to fast & acro flying. The frame itself is also available on Thingieverse for everyone.
